How to know if someone's stalking me on Facebook?

I just recently broke up with my (ex) boyfriend. We were in a pretty serious relationship and he was going to take me to Seattle with him when he got a job up there (We're from Fresno). But I was doing his laundry one day and found his ex girlfriend's credit card in the drier. He told me it was an old credit card but it was bought in 2022 and expired in 2027. We started dating the beginning of 2024. But they have adopted a dog together, they have lived together and they are even on the same car insurance plan together. He also told me if I tried to reach out to his ex, there would be an issue, which are the words of a guilty man, so I broke up with him. Anywho, recently, one of my coworkers asked me if I sent him another friend request. I guess there was a new account with my first middle and last name on it, but this account also had "Loi" attached to the end of the name. I told my mom about the account and she told me she received a friend request from that account, as well. This person is following my Facebook friends and sending friend requests to all of my friends on Facebook. Do you think this is his ex girlfriend? Should I be concerned?
