I messaged this girl I know from school about a dress on eBay without a pfp initially under a fake name but I put a pfp a week later of me pouting and closing eyes (full body). Do you think she would know it’s me if she ever revisits the message? Even though it’s under a fake name. Could she thinks it’s someone that looks like me?

Hmm it's possible she might recognize you from the pic sis, even with a fake name. I mean girls are usually pretty good at remembering other girls' faces! A few things to consider:

- How well did she actually know you in school? Like were y'all close friends or just acquaintances? The less she knew you, the less likely to connect the dots.

- Was the pic super clear and close up where all your features are obvious? Or kind of blurred/far away shot where you may look similar to others? More ambiguous the better.

- Has she seen or talked to you since school? If it's been years she may not remember as clearly vs someone you still run into.

- Did you message about anything too personalized that would click who you are? Generic dress question is safer than "hey remember that time..."

If it was just a brief acquaintance and the pic isn't 100% unmistakable you, I'd say chances are low she puts it together honestly. But you never know - girls notices things! Up to you if you wanna risk her finding out or keep the fake name drama-free. Just be careful sis!

I only ever spoke to her once and the pic was of me pouting and not super close up of my features. For all I know she could very well think it’s not me cause of the fake name too. Might just be someone that looks like me

No prob! Yeah from what you're saying, it really sounds like there's a good chance she won't recognize it's you then. Just some random person with a similar look since you didn't have many interactions before.

Plus with the fake name, that's another thing adding to the mystery of it not being obvious. I wouldn't even give it a second thought if I were you. Chances are she'll just think it's a random pouty pic from some other girl and forget about it.

And hey, even on the tiny off chance she does somehow put it together - so what? Like you said, no harm done really. Don't stress yourself out worrying she'll think you're weird or something. Girls overthink way more than us guys anyway!
