When people speak about feminine and masculine physical features, what are they specifically talking about?

There is not much of the body which is not different between genders. Even our jawlines are different. The female jawline tapers more sharply towards the ear. The male rib cage is more of a box whilst the female rib cage is more ovoid.

Of course the pelvic structure of necessity has a hollow that can pass a baby in the human female.

There are aspects which wouldn't seem necessary differences. At the ball socket joint from the femur to the pelvis there are locking points in males that aren't there in females. Maybe that was to hunker down prior to launching into attack.

The male body is simply more robust and looks it. More able to fall down short cliffs and still get up. The female body is more gracile ( as we know and prize).

That is the short of it. Robust is masculine, gracile is feminine.
