I'd rather not go into the context of what we were talking about, but, all the sudden she says "they're fake". I didn't prompt it, so, I'm just wondering why all the sudden she said they were.

Maybe she didn't want to potentially shock you if all of a sudden she didn't have them anymore. There are men out in this society who have an unsaid expectation or unrealistic outlook on women's bodies; some think that the woman is going to have the size boobs that she has, indefinitely, but the fact is even natural breasts can change size, shape, length, and texture over time, due to aging, health conditions, changes in diet, etc.

It's unnatural for a woman's breasts to stay the same throughout the entirety of her life as minute changes can and often do occur even if the change isn't noticeable to the naked eye. If the man has a boob fetish and all of a sudden he feels cheapened by the woman not having them anymore, well, he might feel and assume the woman was being deliberately dishonest (especially if he expressed and told her that he was a boob guy).

Similarly, this also applies to the buttocks, as well, as some women are fully aware of the fact that they get Brazilian butt lifts for the instagram likes but that it's all saline injections in the end. Both boobs and butts synthetically enhanced require maintenance and that translates to lost monies and time, so, whilst this might be great for people who might be prostitutes or whores as a living this doesn't always benefit most women who don't or can't make the salary needed to upkeep either or.
