Was my girlfriend acting fake?

So we work together and there is a coworker who she talks shit about all the time. And yesterday she was like “I’m going to ignore them, and not talk to them at all” so we get to work and that coworker speaks to her and she’s talking and laughing as if she didn’t say what she said. Totally opposite. Is she being fake?

That’s called managing life at work. Sometimes we can’t do what we want to do.

So why was she saying she was gonna ignore them and all that stuff. Why not just say “I hate them but I’m gonna be nice because I don’t want problems at work”

That’s not managing…that’s admitting defeat and inability to do both without anyone knowing the difference. She’s trusts you to talk about it. Listen more and advise left Woman kind of thing.
