When she is honest with herself and her passions & interests.
Never claim to be or acts like a princess or a queen (we want shield maidens who will fight by our side, not a narcissistic entitled someone who will abuse us, throw us into the fire, then go to someone else).
A woman who likes to keep healthy, and self-reflect on her actions.
A woman who Is honest about her intentions and doesn't feel the need to verbally dance around the point.
A woman who is mutually supportive and willing to compromise.
A woman who understands romance is just best friends with romantic benefits.

Basically a non-toxic honest woman with a healthy outlook on life.

From my female friends it's the ability to take a joke, to understand "mommy mode", to find a bargain item and the magical ability to know which "thingy" I mean when I say "the thingy". Lol.

My favorite thing is not necessarily just women in specific, but just a nice personality. Kind and friendly and warm.

If you mean women specific though... not a personality trait since I don't think personality traits are specific to just women.

BUT soft skin, I guess. Skin is the main thing involved in touch, both in sexual and non-sexual contexts, so soft skin is nice.

Femininity. I love how some (definitely not all, that's for sure) women embrace their femininity and allow themselves to be feminine and vulnerable. I'm not just talking about appearance, but more about personality, attitudes and behaviors. I find such women irresistible.
