Looks (its a package deal) but generally being round in the right places is good alongside being slim healthy and tall (while still being shorter than me) , Intelligence, being able to hold a conversation, certain hobbies and skills, confidence

Well physical attraction of course. But that's just initial attraction. For me to take her seriously and want a relationship, it takes things like being kind, unselfish, considerate, honest, having a good sense of humor, not easily offended, not entitled or self-important, no victim mindset like so many women have today, being sexually healthy and hungry, having healthy political views (no woke or feminist ideologies), and having positive attitudes toward men and relationships. One red flag I avoid is when a woman's parents are divorced and/or she doesn't have a good relationship with her father.
