Girls- but with two important caveats. First, it's not MUCH better, only a little. Secondly, they tend to THINK they have a better grasp than they actually do; guys usually know we're mostly clueless.

Women understand guys better, but not fully. Guys are simple and straightforward withwhat we want, without mind games. Women have a tendency to subtext almost everything they say or in the way they say things, wanting guys to guess correctly, otherwise they get upset when guys are wrong. Women tend to play more mind games, manipulate, and dance around what they want in 20 to 50 different ways.

Most of men appears dumb but there are the ones smarter than girls and girls fall for them.

Guys understand women better. But that's ONLY because women let emotion interfere with thier reasoning. And when I say men understand women better I only mean there tendencies. Every woman is different. You never going to understand every women. But once you understand a woman's tendencies you have the basic blueprint and can apply it to any women. Then it's simply a matter of figuring out her particular eccentricities.
