Nah not surgery. a lot of people tend to get fat in their middle ages then around 60ish they get skinny. I also just have a shit body now lol when I'm old I'll have time to work on it

I get self conscious about my belly and butt. Not ever about my boobs. I try ignoring if anyone stares lol
