It is possible and then again it could mean nothing. She may just like jokes and finds your jokes funny. She might be the type of person that loves to laugh. It also might mean that she does have a thing for you and that was her little way of flirting with you. It is really hard to tell just off that one instance. There are usually other signs of flirting too. Here is the good news for you tho. You arleady kind of have a foot in the door with her because she obviously appreaciates humor and more importantly your humor. That gives you an advantage if you like her because you already possess a quality that she finds attractive. Anytime you can say that you are in a better spot than just some random guy that thinks she is cute.
