I am guessing that you mean some type of fashion related thing that doesn't cost much but gives the appearance that it is expensive? Is that what you are asking about? If so then one thing a lot of peope are doing these days are buying lab grown diamonds. They are real diamonds technically but they are much cheaper because they are manufactured. You can get big ones for far less than a real diamond but they look flawless and appear just as a real diamond. I notice girls are starting to buy those and have ridiculously large stud earrings or multiple diamond rings. They do look really good and most can't tell they aren't natural diamonds. That is the first one that comes to the top of my head unless you are meaning something completely different.
