What does it mean when a girl moves her tongue side to side?

I was on a train, and the girl in front of me moved her tongue slowly from side to side.

Most likely not a thing. She may have been doing it subconciously. I wouldn't read anything into it. Maybe she was deep in thought about something, anxious, nervous, shy or anything else. It may almost be a nervous tick type of thing. People have those when they are in situations that make them anxious or nervous. They often do it without even realizing it. One other possibility is that she is just a fidgety person. I will give you an example. My friend always sits with her legs crossed and she constantly bounces her one leg on the other. Drives me up the wall but it is just a fidget thing for her and she does it without even thinking about it.
