Why do other women do thid?

Everytime I don't wear make up to work, random women will glare at me, and some others will even say I look "tired" which I hate. Like I feel good not having to wear make up sometimes , and then I get this. It really puts me down and I don't know why they do it

Personally I almost never wear makeup when I go out. I'm not really even good with it. I never hear comments though other than someone saying I also look tired because I have bags under my eyes. My guess is because we tend to judge each other and some women have no filter and feel like they are "helping" by saying something..

The beauty of never wearing make-up is you never receive comments about it.
Maybe you do look a bit tired compared to when you wear make-up.

But the glares and why they need to comment on it is beyond me..
