Why do feminists complain about the patriarchy and gender norms when they themselves uphold it?

Feminists are known hypocrites. They only hate the patriarchy when it comes to women's obligations it seems.

Because what feminists call patriarchy is just human nature. It's men and women each doing what they are best at. Men make better, more credible leaders, and women make better caregivers and nurturers. If we allow the best and brightest to rise to the top of their field, most leaders, inventors, and entrepreneurs will always be men, and most caregivers will always be women.

Today's women are turning their backs on the things that make them most valuable in this world, and trying to compete with men in areas where men tend to be naturally better. And then they complain about sexism because women earn less on average, and there are more male than female CEOs. Well duh.

Society is worse off today than it was back when men were men and women were women. Feminism has hurt all of us, including women. We need a course correction if western society is to survive long term.

Thinking the patriarchy is the average man's doing is something that is created by wealthy elites to keep society divided because it is easy to control the population when they don't trust each other.

The average man has nothing to do with the patriarchy. The average man is fighting in wars for the rich elite and dying, is less educated than most women, and they are thinking of suicide. You see Ukraine's women are long gone from the war zone and all the men are there fighting. They only report on women and children who died.

Those rich men who control everything are not doing what they are doing for men, they are doing it for themselves. Women have issues too I am not saying they don't, but most average men have nothing to do with their issues.

What rational person wouldn't want the best of both worlds? Why wouldn't a woman want to have zero restrictions on her lifestyle while imposing a laundry list of restrictions on men's lifestyles? I don't think it's fair or nice, but I obviously see why it's useful.
