Isn't it really unacceptable to go to a restaurant on a Saturday night and see this? A little respect never hurt anyone

I don’t see an issue w it. There’s far more worse things. Like chewing w your mouth open. I tend to rest my forearms on the table. Nothing wrong w that. I’m sure you do things that I’d consider rude or inappropriate. But honestly has nothing to do w you. If you think it’s rude than don’t do it. Being concerned about others as far as things like that isn’t worth fighting over. Now if you were in an area that was a no smoking zone and someone was smoking w numerous people standing or sitting around ok I’d speak up on that. But this? Learn to pick what’s fighting for and what isn’t.
Because it's not. Why on Earth WOULD it be? Do you object to elbows? Is the bending of arms disrespectful in your culture?
Elbow rule, is not a rule in some culture. As for me, my dad thought us table manners and the value of table etiquette. Keeping our elbows off the table is better for our posture and shows respect for my sister’s space. A proper lady understands the value of the food that is served and respects her neighbors.
eh, other people's elbows on their table also doesn't hurt anyone.
I'd also say it shows more respect than "so and so is horny" as a username... but hey ho.

I like the picture in every respect... Can't recall ever seeing elbows on the table?
There are way worse behaviors in restaurants than elbows on the table.
It's not rude. It's made up bs that has no bearing in reality
I will do what I want.
