As men we have to compete against men that take steroids to look good. That’s all you see on social media and it’s what women want. Unrealistic attributes.

Most women will thing a fit person is a normal physique cause they look at an extreme minority of men that are athletes, or take steroids. Then we somehow have to match these guys.

I usually dated athletic girls. None of them ever thought that the extreme steroid crowd was attractive. My Physical Therapist wife when we first met said I had a very functional body. She compared me with Tarzan

No more brainwashed than men who believe that all women are supposed to look like your average influencer model.. I’d say it’s about 50/50. There’s both men and women who don’t care at all about beauty standards. I for one couldn’t care less.

I think men are equally as brianwashed really neither sex is more or less so. Men also see these steroid users and instantly want to be them not realising the hard and dedication.
