How do boobs weight feel?

I know some people complain about back problems and everything and people have talked about them being multiple pounds, depending on size. I was just wondering if it is bad, or noticeable and how you would stop or alleviate some of it

Well the medical position is clear. Anecdotally people get breast reduction to help with back issues. Decades of good evidence shows that being overweight has a negative effect on complaints of back pain. Breast tissue is mostly adipose tissue. So you would think that breast reduction surgery would result in improved back pain. But the research shows very poor results for back pain improvement in breast reduction surgery. The only correlation seems to be when women bmi lowers and exercise increases back pain improves. So sorry answer breast size goes down when you lose weight and up when you gain. But it appears to be not the biggest factor for low back pain. Some individuals say it works. They are the minority and usually have overall lifestyle changes that seem to fit the solution better.

Mine are very heavy to the point where I regularly break bras. I can't run anywhere, I can't lay on my chest, clothes rarely fit right.
