Why do you think that a girl blocks another girl after doing friendship with her even if another girl haven't done anything wrong to her?

This is just a general observation, I don’t know what’s happened during your friendship or how she’s feeling. So, generically put, she may have outgrown the friendship. The other person doesn’t have to do anything intentionally or unintentionally to warrant this, it just happens as people grow apart and change. If she is avoidant, like doesn’t want confrontation or doesn’t know how (or doesn’t care) to end things formally, then she chose to block as to send the message indirectly, and not have to deal with them after.

She must have her reasons. You could reach out to her in a respectful and understanding way. If she's not willing to communicate, it's important to accept her decision and move on.

The question isn't about accepting her decision. Why should she behave like an evil to other girl who's pure hearted and when other girl isn't in the wrong? The first girl is in the wrong. Yet she still chosen to block the second girl through which the second girl is going through trauma. Second girl asked her respectfully why she blocked her when she isn't in the wrong and she still continues treating her violently when second girl approached first girl for an answer respectfully. Second girl did block back the first girl and she still doesn't seem to learn her lesson.
