No that’s what blocking someone means, you don’t want to have any relationship with them anymore. At most, you can block someone and still wish the best for them but you clearly don’t want anything to do with them anymore. Though in my opinion if a relationship ended with being blocked instead of just unadding each other, it’s pretty clear they don’t like you.
