In Switzerland there's a traditional sport it's like wrestling. They do it in sawdust and the winner of the tournament wins a bull with very good dna since they used to all be farmers so that would be a valuable prize in the past. They specifically train their neck because you lose when both of your shoulders are on the ground so they can dig their head into the sawdust and arch their back to avoid being pushed all the way down.

I don't care about the thickness of a guys neck lol, why are you asking me? The way your body looks is just based on how you use it so to me it's not something I'm really interested in. Of course I'm for a fit and healthy lifestyle but there's other priorities in life that you have to balance too so each person has to figure out the best solution for themselves :)
