Never listen to "women" on how they want to be treated. Find a woman, figure out what she likes, listen to her. But also interpret what she says versus what she does. Any girl can say she's loyal, kind, loving, etc. but is she that to waiters, her family and friends? A lot of this is just basic social skills. Talk to random people. Women want a man who has high status. Even if you're a nerd, are you the top programmer or DnD player of your friend group?

Be the best version of yourself, lift, find out who wants you when you're that. Then choose from that group. Most men are trying to choose from women who have no interest in them on dating apps and the ilk.

You treat people good, if they don't appreciate it then you shouldn't stick around enough to get to the point where you end up treating them bad, you save yourself the time, treating someone poorly is actually unnecessary and you won't realize that until you learn to let things go and move on.
