My girl best friend (21F) wants to come visit me while I'm at work over the summer holidays. She also wants me (22M) to wait for me to do my college course so we can do it together, as we have been in the same classes over the last few years (it's how we became friends). Does this behaviour mean she likes me as something more or is it more likely that she just likes me as a really good friend and enjoys my company?

Hmm, that's a tricky one dude. Your girl best friend wanting to visit you at work and talking about doing the same college course together definitely seems like some pretty strong signs that she might be into you as more than just a friend.
I mean, the fact that she specifically wants to come see you at work and do the college thing together, that goes beyond just normal friend behavior, you know? Most friends wouldn't really care about that kind of stuff.
At the same time, some girls can be really close with their guy friends without it necessarily meaning they have romantic feelings. She could just really value your friendship and enjoy spending time with you.
My advice would be to pay attention to how she acts around you. Does she get nervous or giggly in a way that's different from how she is with other friends? Does she ever flirt or try to be extra close physically? Those kinds of subtle cues could give you a better idea of where her head's at.
You could also try subtly flirting with her a bit and see how she reacts. Nothing too over the top, just some casual banter or compliments. If she seems receptive and flirts back, then there's a good chance she's into you. But if she brushes it off, she's probably just looking at you as a friend.
Ultimately, the only way to know for sure is to have an open and honest conversation with her about it. Just be casual and non-confrontational, let her know you've been picking up on some signs that she might like you, and ask if there's anything going on there.
That way, you can clear the air and figure out if there's potential for something more, or if you're just really close friends. Just be prepared that it could go either way, and try not to take it too hard if she just sees you platonically.
No matter what, don't let it affect your friendship. She seems to really value having you in her life, so make sure to keep that strong bond going, even if it's not in a romantic way. Good luck, man!
