Girl best friend. Friend or more?

My girl best friend (21F) wants to come visit me while I'm at work over the summer holidays. She also wants me (22M) to wait for me to do my college course so we can do it together, as we have been in the same classes over the last few years (it's how we became friends). Does this behaviour mean she likes me as something more or is it more likely that she just likes me as a really good friend and enjoys my company?
