Is this bad hygiene? Switching out your house clothes once a week?

My mom likes to tease me about this & I’m not sure why, as I don’t get how it might seem nasty. I work from home & I switch out of my clothes once a week. Mind you, these are clothes I only wear in the house. At most, I used to wear them to walk my dog (short distance) and maybe to wear to my car to get something from the trunk etc. Once a week passes, I’ll put the old clothes in the laundry bin and put on new ones. I always switch out my towels around this time too, not to mention I shower every day.

As a nurse I'll tell you a person even girls smell after 2 or 3 days doing nothing! Your clothes won't smell to you but they will smell to others!

She probably is kinda tired of your smell!

Depends on how much you wear them, but still one week is enough time.
