I work in a male-dominated industry, and I find that more often than not, I am not taken seriously nor listened to. I have to constantly prove myself, and prove that I can perform the task demanded of me. Despite things changing for the better, the industry is still quite sexist. I think this has been a blessing in ways, because I have worked so much harder to get to where I am. But I do wonder how much easier things would be if I was a man tbh.

I m a petite woman and wouldn't have it any other way to be honest. I have never felt powerless all I ment with my statement before is that it there have been times when I would like to be able to become a big strong man for while so I could beat a certain jerk up and then happily go back to being a woman. I was able to put him in his place anyway but a good punch in the face would have been more satisfying at the time! lol

I ve never had anyone fight my batles for me. I ve been married and had boyfriends before that could have that but they haven't. I guess I come off as too independent for that and they knew I could handle it and I did but I believe I would have liked it though
