My due date is on June 8-12. It can be earlier or later. I've never given birth in my life before. If my insurance doesn't cover for an epidural and I'm told it's going to be natural birth, then it's going to be painful for sure. I don't know what's it like pushing a baby out. That's a hard part about being a woman; giving birth.

Yes I'm told that once the pain of giving birth goes away, it's compensated by deep love towards my child. On my last ultrasound, I was told my baby is longer and larger than average. The weight is above average too. I might end up birthing a big baby.

Hopefully nothing will go wrong and you can give birth naturally but remember there’s always the possibility of an emergency c section. Especially if the baby is big. All the best for the delivery and remember it’s only one day. The pain will go away as soon as baby is out, might take a few days to heal and feel like yourself but it’ll be worth it

I was at the doctor yesterday talking to the great nurse about this (she was hitting me up on Q's about bikes as she and her boyfriend are planning to take the licensing class. She was fun.). lol

With all of the heavy pain and body changes we go through regularly it's the swinging hormones and emotions that undermine us the most I think. If not on BC and balanced.

Pain is rational and we can control it. But the emotional swings can even knock us on our backsides making us wonder why would say and do such stupid things when not planning to.

If something does come out then having to apologize and getting upset with ourselves. And often feeling weak. Then realizing it's not our fault... then knowing it's going to prob happen again next month.

All the while your man is standing there thinking "Is her head gonna spin? Or are we good? Do I need to intervene? .. No. Think we're good. Oh no.. my sympathetic look might be upsetting her she's going to get mad at herself.. Tea. Where is her tea?"

I would say that would be number one is the period and just everything that a woman has to go through I mean wouldn't go through hell they really do and then you add on if they get married and get divorced and have kids it's usually the woman that takes the kids and then they have more help because they become a single parent and provider because most men are dicks and a lot of men don't take that responsibility serious and that just sucks too I think women have it really really hard sometimes

Periods and painful childbirth. Though it appears not all women get periods (and some have ones but dont cramp, feel pain, or bleed), and some of the ones that dont can't have babies, while others that dont can have babies but don't feel much if any pain during labor.

It really makes me wonder if bleeding once a month and painful childbirth is the result of disease or genetic defect, rather then just being female.

For perpective, not all animals have those problems, it just seems to be very common in humans, just like scant body hair and giant boobs.
