Why do some girls’ automatically assume a guy is an alcoholic because he has a few beers?

I could understand if he was drinking every single day and couldn’t go without alcohol whatsoever, then yes he would be considered an alcoholic , but a guy that likes to unwind and relax with a few beers after a long week of work, is not an alcoholic period , if that was the case , almost everyone on this planet who drinks alcohol is an alcoholic. I can’t stand girls’ that think they can change a guy from having some beers with his friends’ , like it’s the worst thing ever , but when she goes out with her friends’ she drinks mix drinks and shots etc. But that’s ok for her to do? It makes no sense to me , why I will no longer date a girl that doesn’t like to have a few drinks from time to time , so if having some beers and relaxing from time to time makes me a bad guy? then I am not the guy for you period. I am also a brewer and brewing beer has been a passion and a dream of mine for a long time , that I am finally pursuing my passion and dream with my brother and best friend , and we are not going to allow any girl to come in our way with it and try to ruin it for us , if she isn’t supportive of our journey to distribute our beers , she is best to walk the other way period. I have dated girls’ that knew I liked having beers from time to time , but then all of a sudden she wasn’t fine with it? See ya!!!

Haha. I get presumed a drunk cos I like to drink 2 or 3 times a week. 2 of those cos I'm going club. One might be a solo night in or with a person. I do like to get drunk or tipsy. But I don't have to do it. It's more fun when I have someone to drink with. It's super boring to be with someone who won't drink at all or can't at least have fun and relax and be OK for me to drink.

Is it a deal breaker? Hm. I'm not sure. Depends how much fun they offer me to make up for it.

Anyways you have your boundaries and your requirements in a partner. I don't see a problem with that.

Yea it’s something I never thought was a big deal honestly considering , I met a bunch of girls’ when I was out drinking with friends and having a good time , So when she met me , she knew I liked beer , so the only person to blame is herself , if she didn’t like a guy drinking beer then she shouldn’t be pursuing a guy with a beer in his hand period. My one ex all of a sudden was against it and said I thought you would change and quit drinking all together by now. I laughed and said well you thought wrong. So you are best to go find yourself a guy that doesn’t drink at all , because I am not stopping something I enjoy to appease you whatsoever. If you want me to accept your flaws , then you need to accept mine or this relationship is a waste of time. Anytime I had a beer in my hand she turned into this evil bitch towards me to the point I thought this girl is fucked in the head considering it never bothered her before. I took it as she was just using it as an excuse for her selfish behavior. I told her it’s over between us cuz I am finding me a girl that likes to have some drinks like I do

I'd prefer a guy who drinks - as long as he don't get nasty drunk or difficult- than one who takes drugs. I don't mind smokers but a non smoker is a blessing too. Drinks my vice and it's nice to share in those things. Or have a beer/wine in the evening together. I don't drink wine haha. But I'd prob enjoy the ritual of doing something together like that.
