Girl I work with. When I told her I was leaving she seemed disappointed said she’ll miss me etc. later I was thinking of not leaving. When I told her I might not leave she got really happy. I wasn’t there but other coworker said she looked super happy and he asked why she was and it was because I might not stay. Could that be interest? I know she might like me as a friend but I was just wondering.

It depends upon how good is she in pretending. People can easily pretend being disappointed or happy on such thing. We cannot actually know what's their true feelings.
