Is this victim aware that you are using her picture possibly without her express consent and to post it on a social media site where people might dishonor her picture by manipulating their bodies?
Did this victim consent that her picture will be lost forever in the depth of the internet or did you perhaps steal it from her without her knowledge?
It is highly disrespectful to post pictures on the internet without the knowledge of the victim of such acts.
Of course, you will say that you obtained her written or verbal approval but nobody can prove it and unless you can prove that you obtained her approval, your act is illegal.
Also, stating that this person is active on social media and that she posts her pictures is not an excuse because she is the one that posts them and not a third party that steals them from her.
