And vice versa. The more women try to be appealing, the more off-putting it is.
Like a girl in a bikini can't even come close to being as sexy as a girl in dirty workers overalls or wrapped up in winter clothing.
I think it comes down to perception of manipulation. Like when women wear makeup and try to dress themselves up fancy, it just comes across as deceitful and manipulative... but a girl who just threw on some clothes to go food shopping or walk the dog comes across as much more honest and thus more appealing.
It feels so rare these days though.
Is it just me?
