Depends how old lol For a lot of people, a cousin is their first connection with the opposite sex and at very young ages. I'm sure an innocent crush happens in a lot of cases. I've never had a crush on a cousin but definitely thought some were good looking and really good guys and tried fixing them up with my friends at times 😂
