Honestly, I don't really care.

I appreciate an attractive woman, but when you're at the beach it's just so common for people to be half naked that it doesn't even really register to me. It's just so normal, in that context, that it doesn't even trip my "interesting" switch.

It's sort of like going to the mall, and seeing a girl in shorts. There are so many women there in shorts that it's commonplace, and therefore doesn't seem even vaguely interesting.
