Would you consider something that accurately predicts the future over and over again something to be trusted?

For example say you had a notebook or iPad and you could open up an app and the app would tell you the future. Would you trust it or use it to gain favorable insight on future events?

well that pretends on the content of the predictions made by that something. like i can make accurate predictions. there will be famine, death, war, drought, forest fires, landslides, earthquakes and social unrest in the future. those are very reliable predictions that you will find to be true if you test them. but predictions like that are worthless, cause from experience we know these things happen and saying they'll happen again doesn't provide any value.

Not minor predictions. Like predicts rise and fall of America or what will happen to Nations and people.

unless they have exact dates and exact mechanisms described. not just saing "the usa is gonna collapse as a nation one day". that's just a mundane statement of very likely fact.

well then i'd say that one is incorrect. cause the usa still exists as a souvereign nation today. so saying that this society already passed is objectively false.

you could say they're struggling or in bad shape but that would be a statement of fact, not a "prediction".
