What products stopped your hair from shedding and breaking after having a baby?

I’m 1 year postpartum and I have 4C hair. Around 5 months after giving birth, my hair started breaking and shedding severely. It used to be so full, but now it’s thin, and my ponytail looks like a thread 🪡. Right now, I’m using Olaplex No. 0, 3, 4, 5, and 8. They make my hair feel really soft, but I’m still experiencing heavy shedding. help a girl out 🙏

Have your doctor give you a blood test. Your body should have balanced out already hormonally 1 year after pregnancy
