You know, growing up (I'm 31 and a half now) - women were wearing push up bras even in the 2009/2010 era - I mean it was hard not to notice in high school when I was in junior high / high school that women clearly were at dances or the special functions, exaggerating their jumpers or dresses fancy - anyways and that this whole free the bra thing, I knew about breast muscles and breasts being weakened by bras as far back as 2020 or 2019
