Basically i've got this girl at my job but she has a boyfriend but never talks about him, whenever im not around she talks about me and whenever i look at her 90% of the time i caught her staring at me? So is this a sign or am i tripping? + she lets me touch her hand and stuff sometimes she tries to touch me but she stutter to touch me, others says that we'd make a great couple and she says nothing about it?

Keep your testosterone under control and just be professional. No touching, no dirty jokes, no flirting, not innuendo, no sentences with double meanings. Nothing of the sort.

If she wants to touch you, simply tell her that she should keep a strictly business attitude. You never start something with a work colleague because that only causes problems such as jealousy and preferred treatment.
