when I walk back to the station she's completely turned towards me looking at me

She came into work this week with all her hair let down and shiny

But she doesn't flirt just keeps work related and when Im changing over she avoids me until I'm gone, strange

There are two options here and I am not there so you do know better than I. Either she is very into you... possibly to the point that she does not realize her action. I know one thing, if this is the case and you do not act then she is going to think that you think she is ugly. At that point it will be quite obvious that you waited too late.

The second option is that you really turn her stomach to the point she gets desperately ill. If you see her taking antacids, diarrhea thickeners, or Bayer by the butt load then you know this is the most likely reason for all the physical malformations and abnormalities.
