Would you live in the sixth floor walk-up?

I used to live in a place on the 4th. floor with elevator and I used the stairs most of the time despite the availability of an elevator.

So I have really no issue to live on the 6th. floor if the rent, cleanliness and amenities are good enough for me. The elevator is only necessary when you have heavy things to move such as furniture. Otherwise, I am fine with climbing 6 flights of stairs.

Anyway, I always use the stairs whenever I can as I try to keep fit. I bike and jog on a daily basis (weather permitting). Going up 180 steps is not really an issue for me since I live alone.

Yes it would be great exercise but sometimes I just need to get in and out fast so I like the elevator.
