What is the psychological reason for why some Women love to show off their breasts while others want to hide them?

Before anyone says "Mine are large and I don't have a choice." I understand that, but I still know that everyone has a choice of wearing something low cut or not low cut. I know this because I've seen pictures and videos of some of the largest breasted models on youtube, and other places posing in both low cut and even covered up completely. Yes you can still tell they are there, but there is no skin and cleavage showing. I'm not complaining about this but as a man who is attracted to large breasts, I'm curious about this.

I wanted to tell my story a bit.

When I was in Middle School, some girls tried to wear low cut tops, and a teacher told them to change. When I was in High School, there seemed to be certain days when lots of girls would wear low cut tops. It always seemed like they tried to get by with wearing the bare minimal required by the school dress code. I don't think showing cleavage is ever necessary unless the woman needs to cool down her boobs.

There is no general rule, which would've been too easy. I guess the main reason for such different reactions to be linked with the fact that breasts leaves no one indifferent.

I noticed indeed that some women get very angry when they notice a guy looking at their breasts, while other women seem to love and play with that attractive feature they harbour proudly. There are also many women who prefer to ignore the indiscrete looks of men which annoy them more than anything else.

Everything in that field depends on the relation a woman has with her own body, and the medias do not help the ladies to feel better...

Show them off: Some like the attention. Some couldn't help it if they wanted to do so. Some need the comfort of the extra air flow.

Hide them: Religious beliefs. A desire to be wanted for more than just her body.

Some love attention and like the style themselves, its part of who they are.

Some like myself consider it a private part and do not enjoy showing off too much which I know my partner appreciate they are not on display for everyone else, if I can be that honest. But this is different too, some guys are fine with their partners showing more, its up to everyone and as long as couples agree between themselves who am I to argue.
