No, I have never told anyone that I love them except for my immediate family. I am not the kind of person that will say those 3 words simply because everyone else does it.

People say those 3 words without even thinking of the deeper meaning of them. How many times have you told someone that you love them but this came out just like when you say "bless you" to someone that sneezes?

Did you really think of the words "bless you"? Why would you bless someone that is sneezing?

That and a number of other expression have been passed on but people seldom think of what the meaning of those words are.

Maybe she loves you but thinks she shouldn’t be with you. Maybe because you have different values so there’s no future or because you’ve hurt her, are toxic, a player or whatever.
