How do guys know when a girl has appeal?

Hi! This has always made me curious, so I'd love to hear your guys' perspective on this, hahah.

How do you guys know when a girl has a strong vibe or a strong appeal? For example, how if you've just met her/interacted with her, or like, when a girl walks into a room, how do you know she's got that appeal?

Because there's that thing, right? Like, for girls, she's just okay, or some might say, "Yeah, most girls would also find her pretty," but wouldn't say they could see the appeal. But for guys, they say she has a strong vibe.

I can't get her out of my head. I'll have some completely unrelated thought in my head and somehow I'll link it to her. She just always stands out and above everyone else. It everything that keeps me interested, even when it doesn't make sense.

This is a really good question. To me a woman would be appealing if she is a gorgeous, has short BOY CUT hairstyle, has good manners and speaks nicely but with confidence.
