Is there any meaning as to why a girl takes off her reading glasses when talking to me?

She smiles at me when I walk past her and says hello at work. Today she was wearing her reading glasses as she was walking out to get a coffee. When I spoke her she stopped and took off her glasses. Then she put them back on after talking to me. Is there a reason why she has done that?
