I think I’m a little upset

I'm sorry you are feeling upset. I am sure that whatever it is will pass in time. I usually lean on close family and friends when I am upset about something. That is only when I feel like I can't handle an issue on my own which is rare. I have had a good life and brought up in a good and well off family. Out on my own now for some time does come with its own struggles but that is part of life. I can't always depend on mom and dad to be there when one day they aren't. So mostly I deal with tough situations by myself or if I really need it with my partner. She is my rock and always someone that is there for me. Just going through the physical struggles she has had over the past few years reminds me that there are people that deal with a lot more than I do.

I handle it like a responsible, mature adult by crawling into a bottle of booze, playing depressing music and feeling sorry for myself for awhile.
