Good sense of humor and having good taste in humor?

Would you agree that there's a difference between having a good sense of humor and having good taste in humor?

it's something to have a good sense of humor, but there's a difference with having a good taste of humor? or are they the same.

Think about people that just laugh at anything, even if it isn't remotely funny. Would you say they have a good sense of humor? or just poor taste in humor

I think having a good sense of humor means being able to find humor in situations where the average person would not. In the same way that having a good sense of smell means being able to smell things an average person does not.

Taste in humor is knowing when a fart joke is funny and when it's inappropriate. At least that's how I see it.

You can understand and interpret something as funny when you have a sense of humor. It can still be funny, however, it doesn't have to be your preference.

Your taste in humor is your preference, as in the humor you find the most hilarious.

Good taste in humor...maybe this is a person who likes good jokes but isn't necessarily that funny himself

No they both mean the same thing. If a person has a good sense of humor then they have good taste in humor. Imo.

People who laugh at everything are just annoying.

Yeah, I would agree they're different and if a person that laughs at anything just a bit funny would have a poor taste of humor.
