It is never a good idea to want to force or coerce someone into something that they are not ready for or not willing to do.

If this girl is not into religion, then it is not your business to try to "motivate" her to become someone she is not. She may be agnostic or simply not into religion and that is part of her character and personality. Don't try to change that because you only indicate that you are not flexible when it comes to beliefs and religion.

Similarly, you cannot force anyone to like or love you. This is something that has to grow and not to be forced upon.

First you need to recognize that if she’s going to love Jesus then you will always be second to Him. Secondly, unless you’re skilled in brainwashing techniques, I wouldn’t bother converting someone and just start looking in your local churches. I imagine it’s not all that difficult to find another WASP in your area.

Maybe forget about the Jesus part. Jesus can take care of his own needs in this regard, and he will in due time. As for getting her to like you, maybe spend some time being kind to her. Stop bringing up the religious stuff. It won't help you.
