I honestly have no idea if I would want to do that but if a man is indeed too effeminate and not strong or willing enough to take a leading role, then I would most likely jump in and fill the void.

In any relation, you need someone to lead and to show how something is done. I don't think it is a healthy relationship if both are followers or both are leader because it will either lead nowhere or just to conflicts to see who has the last word.

A relationship has to be harmonious and in this case it is always a game of give and take but not always the same one giving and the other taking. It has to be split fair in order to work.
