If you have friends, go out with them. If you don’t (or at least any that you would hang out with), then pick up a hobby. Sports, creative class, even dancing. That way you could potentially meet a woman and already have a shared interest established.

Get out more. If you are going to see someone again, as their name. When there are a dozen women that you are greeting by name, suddenly dating will be easy.

Find activities that attract some women and get involved. If you join a new group, do not hit on anyone for a few months. Do some of the work of keeping things going. If you are polite and contribute, you won't have to hit on women, they will hit on you.
