How do you meet women outside of work? How do I get more involved and outgoing even if I get heat rashes?

I just interact with women from work then I get home tired and rest or do something in the house. So, anyway to find a solution because that's all of my communication with the opposite sex? Then, on the weekends I sleep, go out with my friends, and play board games.

I went to college at night and there seemed to be plenty of available women there. Too bad I am married. I see them at the gym too. You never know when one will be lurking. One night I was standing in line buying a 6 pack and a woman makes a comment about my favorite hockey team because I was wearing a team jersey. The next thing I knew we were standing outside on the sidewalk taking about hockey. I am just average looking but I just try to be friendly and open. Also, I never talk about heat rashes, crotch rot, or athletes foot.

Meet ups is a great way to meet people doing things you're interested in: biking, softball or baseball, flag football, frisbee golf or frisbee tossing... There are even singles groups for people to hone their conversational skills and one on one skills. The groups, like the former, may have events they go to, like shows, plays, museums. There are writing and poetry groups! ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING.

unless you keep them in the basement, you will actually find women outside of the house.

it is just a case of socialising, join a club of some description, get out to pubs etc, outside is where to find women not in your house.

The most effortless way to meet a girl is through another that presents them to you. And the second one that requires little bit more effort is doing fun activities outside your house. You might end up in a situation where you'll be able to talk to a girl without feeling awkward. And if you don't go out your chance of getting with a girl is extremely low.
