Curiosity. As in intellectual curiosity. You don't need to be the smartest person in the room. You just need to enjoy new things and learning for the enjoyment of expanding you personal knowledge.
IMHO, curiosity is often an indicator of a lot of other positive traits.

Oh gosh, there arr several good answers for this. Like others have said, kindness is a great one as is loyalty, but as far as I am concerned I think a good sense of humor is a top non-physical trait for me as the most attractive. If they can make me smile, it helps boost my mood which distracts from my depression at times. It also can put others at ease and usually means they might not be an introvert like me which is great for them to lead in social events.

Being sincerely interested in a person, asking thoughtful questions, being a good listener, being humble, patience, taking the initiative making plans, keeping promises, being open minded/not treating people differently based on gender/looks/ethnicity.

The vibes 😅 if the dogs 🐶 the bees, the wasps and so many other creatures can sense or sniff out or see what we or I as another human cannot - then there's good things to note about a potential human mate for me is: does she give off, vibes.
