I was about to be snide because of the 50,000th time this question is asked, but I see you are very young and probably genuinely don't know. For women it's looks, then personality, in that order. 10 years from now that answer will be the same. 20 years from now, still the same. So, that's the order. It's hardwired no amount of social sterilization is going to knock that instinct out of guys. So stay as pretty as long as you can and be nice as you can and you will have a great shot in life to be who you want to be.
