Nobody in the world should have crap posture. Physical position habits are almost never the cause of it. It's usually either bad food, emotional/karmic trauma, or dental malocclusion. In either of all those cases "coping" is harmful and prevents fixing the real problem of which posture is just a warning sign. ㅤ

Have you heard of how... no matter how deformed a tadpole, it always forms a perfect frog? There were expirements about it that changes the way people see biomechanics. There is a reason your posture is the way it is and it isn't your fault or error. Psychological trauma really does generate structural and functional changes.
I've never been that happy with my appearance, but there isn't much a person can do about it other than doing their best to look nice including a nice hair style and makeup. Surgery may also be an option, depending on what the issues are with the face.
As for posture, discuss this with your doctor.
Nothing
